Why ruin great Irish oatmeal with additives that could be derived from GMO sources. It popped up in my recommended items and I ordered it without checking ingredients. Big mistake. I can’t risk eating it since I can’t eat anything from GMO corn or soy. There are other good organic oatmeals out there that don’t add questionable ingredients.

This was my first time buying this oatmeal, my children and I don’t like the taste at all.

Very mushy, not nutty at all! Terrible oats!! Try the McCain 5 minute Steel cut oats!!

The price is great.McCann’s is a good oatmeal, but Quaker Oats has fewer calories and at least for my palate a better taste.

I was delighted to see that it was available on Amazon after lamenting that it had fallen off Trader Joe’s stock.
All other brands of instant oatmeal packets taste like over sweetened cardboard flakes. McCann’s gets a very nice texture and it allows me to eat it without milk. It’s hearty and warm and well flavored.
If you’ve been disappointed with other grocery store makers of oatmeal, it’s worth a try.
